Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Executive
Location: Begumpet, Hyderabad Job Purpose:
Education Qualification: - Graduate with 15 years of formal English Medium education
Experience: - fresher or 6 months
Knowledge: Pre-requisite:- Candidate to be proficient in business writing skills
Typing Speed - 25 words per minute with 90% accuracy
Other Characteristics: - Patience - Ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails
High on confidence
Complex problem solving (identification, resolution)
Passion to meet and exceed expectation
Expressive - adequate articulation
Ability to develop a rapport with every customer
Positive attitude
Experience relevant experience in Call Centre; Service / Hospitality Industry; prior experience of direct Customer Care interactions in call centre is a must.
Each CSA should have the ability to navigate knowledge bank & other CRM systems and write appropriate case logs / notes to capture customer interactions. Phase I Hiring

Excellent communication in English & Hindi
Typing Speed > 30 WPM & 90% accuracy
