Job Description

We are organizing a walk-in for the below position with us in Hyd. Please go through the JD and if you have experience in International voice process in a contact center environment with excellent command over spoken English.
I********ts a contractual opportunity for 3 months ******
An MSO Voice Associate is a critical part of our mission to deliver accurate and professional customer service to all our Sears members.
This vital position requires a real time, interactive, negotiator who will assist members in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems. Associates communicate with members primarily through phone and utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies and communicate effective solutions in a fun and fast-paced environment. MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handle inbound calls from members and provide them with a solution to their queries
  • Giving a quick resolution to the members should be the whole and sole responsibility
  • Manage daily call volume within the stipulated AHT, giving accurate information through navigating multiple source applications available
  • Meet daily and monthly targets as per performance matrices
  • Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues
  • Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing resolution to the members
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards
  • Should be open to work and perform as per business requirement under various line of businesses
  • Skills / Abilities and Knowledge
  • Should have great Oral and good written communication
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both internal and external customers
  • Good comprehension skills - ability to clearly understand and address member issues appropriately
  • Good composition skills - ability to compose grammatically correct, concise, and accurate verbal and written responses
  • Action oriented, self-disciplined and organized
  • Must show the willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to use a desktop/Laptop computer system, Familiarity with Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Internet Explorer
  • Good typing skills
Education (level and type)
  • Bachelor's degree; Undergraduates upon approval
Should be ready to work in 24 *7 environment, night shifts and flexible to stretch and Rotational offs.
Domestic / Back office experience  are not eligible 
  • Shift Timings - Rotational / Night shifts
If you have international voice experience  walk in for the interview
