US Customer Care Representative

Key Responsibilities - Customer Care (Night Shifts) -Answer inbound calls from customers and help them with general query
-Provide them update on order status, return, refund, etc
-Connect with internal teams for other queries like Technical Support/Sales Candidate Requirement :
-Must have excellent communication skills
-Should be flexible to work in night shifts
-Transport: Two way provided Eligibility :
-Any Graduate,PG with minimum 6 months to maximum 5 years experience may apply
-In case of Under Graduate (10+2) ,10+3 with minimum 12 months international calling or 24 months of domestic calling experience may apply. (Mandatory)
