Hiring for Associate/Sr. Associate for Service desk - Voice support
Job Description: o Acting as a single point of contact for emails, phone calls, chat and self-service tickets regarding IT issues and queries. o Receiving, logging and managing calls and email o 1st and 2nd line support - troubleshooting of IT related problems from in-house software to hardware, such as Laptops & PCs o Analyses problems (both technical and operational) and arrive at permanent solutions. o Escalate unresolved calls to the infrastructure support team. o Log all calls in the Service Desk Call Logging system service Now. o To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles o Take ownership of user problems and follow up for fast resolution on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner. o Assists in the support of administrative computer-based applications.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong Communication Skills 1-3 year from International Support Good knowledge on Desktop Support, Active Directory, VPN, and Network Printer will be preferred Only Graduates are eligible. Can join Immediately
Ready to work in 24/7 environment.
