Roles & responsibilities:
Sourcing, screening, evaluating, scheduling interviews and closing candidates.
Will be responsible for handling End-to-End Recruitment process.
Experience in Domestic staffing.
Experience in contract and permanent staffing.
Write and post technical job descriptions
Source candidates on niche platforms.
Should be willing to work across technologies and across levels.
Experience with various interview formats.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
No cab facility & 5 days working
