Job Title: IT Recruiter (Domestic Staffing)
Reporting To: Recruiting Manager.
No of Positions: 05
Experience: 0 to 3 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
Understand the requirements assigned by the account managers.
Search for the consultants on the search engines and job portals.
Contract and permanent staffing Experience (Must)
Foster long-term relationships with candidates
Review and understand technical job requirements
Format resumes meeting client expectations
Follow up with candidates
Computer Skills: Should be proficient in using Ms Office. Considerable Knowledge in various softwares technologies and terminology (Programming languages, ERP, database etc)
Additional Qualifications: Telephonic and email etiquettes, very good written and oral communication skills. Ability to evaluate communication and technical skills of the consultants. Should be determined, self motivated, hard working, zeal to excel in short span of time, a very good team player, capable of working under pressure and should be aware of Delivery process.
