This position is based out of call center. Person will be responsible for taking outbound calls on response based campaigns
if customer has shown interest on Social media/Google etc. for buying various General Insurance products then these leads will be routed to Call center executives. He/She will call and explain about the details of the product accordingly. He/She will close the sale by taking necessary details. He/She will be responsible to clarify all doubts and queries of the customers considering all parameters, as per our quality guidelines. Key Responsibilities The role holder is responsible for Conversion of leads.
The role holder is responsible for Target on up gradation / cross sell
This role holder is responsible for quality of business He/She is sourcing
Person will have target on reference & cross sell.
Person will be accountable for Control on cancellation/active business month on month. The incumbent is responsible for Accurate & timely generation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports. Candidate Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years similar experience in call center General insurance or insurance preferred
Understanding of CRM, Dialer, LMS and other relevant technology
Strong Communication Skills (Hindi/English/Regional language will be added advantage)
Ability to convince
Sales Skills required.
Minimum Qualification-Graduation required.

Minimum Typing and System knowledge
