Shifts : Rotational Shifts 
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for handling Call of Premium Customers.
  • You will be required to flexible with shift timings and weekly offs and work in a 24/7 Shift window.
  • Your role will require handling customer escalations & Complaints for their email accounts concern.
  • Also effective interpretation and analytical skills.
  • We will prefer people with an analytical skills who are able to resolve the queries/complaints of the customers.
  • Responsibilities
  • Become an expert on investigating complex account recovery reports, while maintaining high quality standards. Excellent judgment and problem solving skills will be key
  • Master the use of our internal support tools, including email and potentially chat, to resolve user reports in a timely manner.
  • Quickly identify and escalate user-reported issues to the team and cross-functional partners, ensuring swift resolution of bugs or emerging problems.
  • Good Typing speed and Good with MS Office Skills
  • Works accurate and with an eye for detail
